PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the gas transmission system and associated facilities.
• Planning and oversight of regulatory inspections and other maintenance tasks.
• Front-line direct field supervision of hourly operations and maintenance employees.
• Coordination of local emergency response logistics.
• Ensure proper documentation is recorded for all completed work
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, land, and other departments as needed to complete O&M and Capital projects.
• Travel to remote sites will be necessary depending on specific projects and location of field work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Natural gas transmission, or other relevant natural gas industry experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree or Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $92,000, with an approximate 20% increase in base salary after one year of successful training.

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
