National Floors Direct is one of the largest direct-to-consumer flooring companies in the United States, serving customers across 15 states through our vertically integrated sales and installation platform. As we continue to scale nationally, we are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and aggressive Sales Recruiter to help drive growth across our field sales organization.
This is a high-impact role focused on recruiting top-performing in-home sales professionals, appointment setters, and sales leadership talent in multiple markets nationwide.
- Recruit, source, screen, and schedule candidates for:
- In-Home Flooring Sales Representatives
- Market Sales Managers
- Inside Sales & Call Center roles
- Sales leadership positions
- Manage recruiting pipelines across multiple states and markets simultaneously
- Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and sales leadership
- Post and manage job listings across major recruiting platforms
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and outbound recruiting efforts
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and follow-up processes
- Assist with onboarding coordination and hiring documentation
- Help build scalable recruiting systems and talent acquisition processes as the company continues to grow
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred, ideally in:
- Sales recruiting
- Home services
- Retail
- Direct-to-consumer sales organizations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing passive candidates preferred
- Comfortable handling high recruiting volume
- CRM / ATS experience preferred
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
