What are the responsibilities and job description for the Minneapolis, KS Territory Manager position at National Flooring Products?
We are a large hardwood flooring distributing/manufacturing company seeking a hardworking, skilled Sales Representative to service our Minneapolis, Kansas Territory. The ideal candidate would possess a college degree (or 3 years sales experience), a clean driving record, and would be able to pass a required Criminal Background check as well as a Pre-Employment drug screening prior to employment.
What You'll Do:
- Build and Maintain relationships with retail flooring stores and business clients
- Travel frequently within your territory to meet customers and present products
- Identify new business opportunities and grow sales
- Manage accounts and coordinate with internal teams
What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B or outside sales experience (flooring or building materials preferred)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with frequent travel
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
