Pay: $15.00 per hour
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a level two background screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license or state issued ID card
- Health Information and Portability Act (HIPAA) certified (provided)
- Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect certified (provided)
Job Descriptions: Acting as ‘Fire Watch’, the RAs are responsible for enforcing lights-out, ensuring the students remain quiet and in their rooms throughout the night. The RA must remain on-site throughout the night for any emergencies. They are required to do a walkthrough every 15 minutes. RAs are allowed to bring in books and laptops. They are required to stay awake and stay alert.
Work Environment: The work location is the National Flight Academy facility on Naval Air Station Pensacola, Pensacola, FL. The employee will be required to work primarily indoors in dimly lit, air-conditioned settings in dorm-like settings.
