National Fleet Management is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our growing finance operation. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, speed, and control across our invoice-to-payment process.
You will play a key role in ensuring vendors are paid on time, financial data is accurate, and our operations continue to run efficiently across all locations.

What You’ll DoInvoice & AP Processing- Review, code, and process vendor invoices with accuracy and urgency
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to payment
- Utilize Yooz (AP automation platform) to manage invoice workflows
- Prepare and process payments (ACH, wire, check)
- Maintain payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
- Monitor accounts to prevent late fees or service disruptions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready records
- Support month-end close processes and reporting
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments
- Partner with operations and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Build strong, professional vendor relationships
- 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs required)
- Experience working with AP automation tools (Yooz or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up
- Experience in fleet management, transportation, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems (Karmak, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
