This is a full-time, on-site role located in Linthicum Heights, MD, for a Training and Education Assistant. The Training and Education Assistant will support the coordination and execution of educational programs, assist with scheduling and logistics for training events, and help maintain instructional materials and resources. Responsibilities also include providing administrative support to the training department, communicating with instructors and participants, and ensuring the smooth operation of training activities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate training programs and manage scheduling and logistics.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with instructors, participants, and team members.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of other office and learning management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in education, training coordination, or administrative roles is advantageous.
