This position requires planning and organizing resources across Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) to win and convert business from competitors. Evaluating opportunities, communicating, and coordinating action plans in partnership with the sales team and stakeholders across IWMS and FI are key to our success. The successful candidate must be able to be strategic, multi-task and work effectively with all levels of management. The Role The Director, Sales Enablement partners alongside the IWMS Sales team through the entire prospect engagement and critical initiatives to drive scale and efficiency to each of the sales segments. These include the following key elements: Partner through the Sales Deal Support Cycle: Firm Profiling, Request for Proposal, Prospect Project Plan, Financials, Risk Review, Discovery, and Agreements. Drive business outcomes by aligning organizational support and serving as a liaison across IWMS, FI, and third parties Participate in the planning and sales execution strategy for Clearing and Custody prospects plays alongside the Segment Management Teams. Directly engage with prospect firms throughout the sales process, including responding to due diligence requests and helping educate firms on right fit Fidelity solutions. Fostering relationships with internal and external Centers of Influence who are essential members of the platform sales ecosystem. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 10 years of relevant Financial Services: B/D, direct RIA, Custody within the Brokerage industry Bachelor’s Degree – Required, MBA – Preferred Series 7, 63 Licenses – Preferred/Required within 90 days Bachelor’s Degree – Required, MBA – Preferred Excellent project management skills to track progress, drive and implement critical sales programs. including prioritizing and managing multiple prospects simultaneously. Strong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills; ability to balance strategy and execution in leading everyday work. Ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers. You are proficient with PowerPoint, with an emphasis on developing presentations and formatting data in a consumable format. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to influence C level, executive presence. Learning attitude; positive approach to experimentation and failure. Market Readiness is responsible for planning and enabling the execution of initiatives that help our clients and prospects engage effectively with IWMS. Key partners include leadership across the Client Relationship Group, Marketing, Practice Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance, among others. The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
