Client Care Coordinator

Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

Location: Lakeland, FL

Pay: $40,000-$55,000/year, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

Job Description

• Work with departments and staff to build schedules for clients
• Document all activities regarding client cases
• Confirm staff have clocked in and are at their scheduled shift
• Participate and help coordinate payroll and billing
• Assist with new hire orientations
• Participate in the on call rotation
  
  

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in the Human Resources field
• Great customer service skills
• Experience with bookkeeping and/or QuickBooks software
• Experience using CRM software
• Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook
