Additionally, the position will:
- Drive strategic initiatives from an IT perspective from conception to go live
- Oversee and manage external partners that are critical to project completion, including development shops and consultants, to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with objectives
- Design and implement plans to ensure infrastructure meets all requirements
- Drive and demonstrate internal IT service to business lines to support overall success
- Coaching, guidance, training and staff development of the IT team to include evaluating performance
- Manage IT operations to include budget development, programming, reporting, documentation, information security, training and IT support
- Plan, oversee and manage security of NFR’s IT resources
- Project management oversight to all IT staff, including project timeliness, priorities, implementation and communication plans
- Develop, implement, maintain policies and procedures for corporate compliance including licensing and consistency of desktop software
- System administration and management of network and peripherals, maintenance of user access privileges and projection of company data, 24/7. This includes timely system backups and maintenance providing data integrity
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology. Minimum 10 years of experience in an IT senior management role. At least 7 years of systems administration experience including SQL, SQL server, Windows networks, and databases, preferred. Proficiency in Project Management. Demonstrated proficiency in formulating and leading strategic goals to successful implementation. Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment.
Or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires the willingness to deliver superior customer service, ability to assess situations and resolve problems with a proven ability to work in a team/collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills working with a diverse population both internally and externally are necessary with proven interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation is needed.
Previous experience in the property preservation industry preferred.
This position is full-time with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH office.
