NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Property Inspection Department has an opening for an Inspection Coordinator. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with inspectors/subcontractors, customer service, gathering and utilizing information, data entry, utilizing quality controls, decision making, and problem solving. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related work experience in an office/customer service high volume, fast paced and changing environment while meeting deadlines. Skills needed include the ability to write and communicate effectively, critical thinking, negotiating, problem solving and basic math. Ability to multi task, prioritize, be self-motivated, a team player with a positive attitude while providing superior external and internal customer service to a diverse population is necessary. A basic understanding of residential construction, building materials and associated terminology is helpful. A high school diploma or GED is required, relevant college degree is preferred. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications, proficient data entry is beneficial.
This position is full-time remote with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH office. Remote locations are available in the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IA, KS, MS, NC, NH, SC, TX and VT
