What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Laborer position at National Experiential?
National Experiential is looking to hire hardworking, reliable Warehouse Labor to support our productions and keep our operations running smoothly! This is a hands-on role focused on preparing, organizing, and maintaining the equipment and materials behind our campaigns.
Please note this is a contracted, 1099 role rather than a set schedule. Days and hours will vary based on the company's needs, so this is a great fit for someone looking for flexible, project-based work rather than a fixed weekly routine.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload equipment, supplies, and materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with organizing, staging, and inventorying gear for upcoming projects
- Help with the setup, breakdown, and storage of equipment
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Support the production team with general labor tasks as needed
Uniform: Comfortable, clean work clothes, sneakers or work boots. No branding.
Requirements:
- MUST LIVE ON LONG ISLAND. This role is not open to anyone traveling in from outside Long Island.
- Understand that this is a 1099, contracted role with a variable schedule. Days and times will vary depending on company needs.
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs of gear and equipment throughout a shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Must carry yourself in a professional, courteous manner
- Absolutely no smoking or drinking while on the clock, at any time
- Able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Communicate promptly and professionally with the team manager and other National Experiential personnel via Slack, text, phone, email, etc.
