We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a small office setting. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT needs, helping resolve basic technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for IT support needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with computers, printers, phones, and internet connectivity
- Assist with login issues, password resets, and user account setup
- Set up and configure new computers and office equipment
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Assist with basic network and WiFi troubleshooting
- Escalate more complex technical issues to the internal IT team
- Maintain simple documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Provide clear, friendly support to non-technical users
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and office equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a small office setting
Work Environment
- Primary onsite support in a small office (approximately 2–3 users daily)
- Occasional coordination with a larger office and internal IT team (80 employees)
- Standard business hours
- Lower-volume support environment with periods of downtime
