You will manage the organization of the mailroom and process all outgoing mail, ensuring that the proper postage amount is stamped. In addition, you will process necessary paperwork for registered, first class, and pre-sort mail, and have mail ready for pick up by established deadlines. The courier is also responsible for several Account Services daily jobs on an as-needed basis.Skills and AttributesThe following skills and attributes are needed to be successful in your banking career as a Courier:Detail-orientatedWork in a team orientated environment, while also being self-sufficientProblem Solving SkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationQualificationsIdeal candidates will have most or all the following qualifications:Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with a good driving record.Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.Be able to operate standard office and bank equipment and required software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Know how to operate a computer and other standard office equipment.Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
