JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Electronics Assembler is responsible for
assembling and installing electronic components such as diodes,
transistors, capacitors, and connectors onto circuit boards according to
specifications. Verify the correct quantities of components parts and
quality checking completed items. Use hand tools and mechanical
equipment to produce a high-quality product. Supervisory
Responsibilities: None Responsibilities: Discern quality of parts and
materials used in production. Wire PCB to connectors, chassis assembly,
and install electrical and electronic components according to blueprint
specifications. Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires
between individual component leads. Solder, clean and label PCB(s).
Pulling Serial Numbers And Other Required Documentation. Cable Making
and label creation. Utilize hand tools such as soldering iron, crimpers,
wrenches, lead bending templates, solder sucker, wire strippers,
multimeter, screwdriver, pliers, etc. Inspect own work to ensure
placement accuracy and completeness of work performed. To complete the
assembly of electronic devices, printed circuit boards, interfaces, etc.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety
procedures including handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills:
Soldering and wiring experience. Mechanical aptitude. Excellent hand-eye
coordination. Ability to read both electrical schematics and blueprints.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail. Strong
communication skills. Excel at time management skills. Knowledge of IPC
acceptability standards. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up
to 15 pounds at times. Prolonged periods of standing and sitting. Must
have manual dexterity to assemble products. Must have excellent hand-eye
coordination. Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and
electronic components. Experience: 1 year of electronic assembly
