Job Title: National Doorstep – Part-Time NEW CONSTRUCTION Valet Trash Collector
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (On-site by 7:55 PM sharp)
Overview
Need hardworking individuals for DoorStep valet waste removal. Take bagged trash from each apartment door and transport it quietly to the on-site compactor using your pickup truck. Fast-paced, 2-hour evening shift, 5 nights per week. No experience required—just a good attitude and a late-model pickup. Will train the right person!
Mandatory Requirements
- Vehicle: MUST OWN YOUR OWN Good Condition PICK-UP TRUCK (NO vans or SUVs).
- Licensing: Valid driver's license.
- Tech (Smartphone App): Must be very comfortable with smartphones and apps. You will use our proprietary Porter Software daily for automated routing/gate codes, logging "Proof of Pickup®" photos, and sending real-time service reports.
- Language: MUST SPEAK ENGLISH.
- Business Entity: Federal Tax ID Number preferred. LLC's and Inc's welcome (5-year contract work).
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Tracking: Use our Porter app at every door to provide Amazon®-level Verification photos of your pickups and report any resident compliance issues.
- Collection: Retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door and drive it to the on-site trash compactor.
- Physical Condition: Will have to climb steps to retrieve bagged trash. Get paid to work out!
- Reliability: Be PREPARED to WORK and COLLECT bagged trash COLD, RAIN or SHINE.
- Discretion: Residents EXPECT trash to be removed quietly as they get ready for bed!
- Communication: Maintain daily contact with your Valet Field District Manager.
Ideal Profile
Highly motivated with a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Former Military Service Members Preferred.
Pay: $23.06 - $25.00 per hour
