Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Data Specialist, located in Ohio City, OH. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining data integrity across various systems. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, order processing, and supporting overall data management efforts.
Duties
- Managing key data inputs as it pertains to commercial projects
- Performing door and trim takeoffs for commercial projects
- Organizing important door and frame attributes in National Door’s ERP system
- Keeping up with RFIs and Addendums to plan sets distributed by architects
- Coordinating data/info needs related to each specific projects with the project management teams
- Keeping a pulse on jobsite schedules and prioritizing inputs accordingly
- Providing pricing guidance for changes to NDT scope based on addendums to plan sets
- Assign dollar values to project sections to create schedules for values for billing purposes
- Pass RFIs back to customers for additional information
- Derive specific information from plan sets and organize for distribution to customers
- Coordinate with purchasing to make sure material is ordered in accordance with date-input cadence
- Define and standardize tags to be used for doors, frames and hardware throughout the lifecycle of the project.
