What are the responsibilities and job description for the Amazon Associate position at National Distribution Warehouse Inc.?
We're a fast-growing eCommerce company with a large Private Label catalogue, We're looking for an Amazon Associate to run our marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, and our other sales channels.
Amazon is the priority — you'll live in Seller Central managing FBA and FBM, the catalog, and case resolution. But this role doesn't stop there. You'll also own Walmart Marketplace and help us grow into TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay, and social commerce channels.
This is a hands-on, high-volume seat. You'll list products, fix what breaks, fight cases until they're actually resolved, and report on how every channel is performing. If you like owning problems end to end and moving fast across a lot of moving parts, this is your role.
What You'll Do
Amazon (primary focus)
- Manage day-to-day FBA and FBM operations.
- Build and maintain the Amazon catalog: new listings, parent/child variations, flat files, bulk uploads, listing optimization, and resolving errors and suppressions
- Handle Amazon Hazmat — documentation, SDS submissions, hazmat reviews, and keeping compliant products live
- Open, escalate, and follow up on Seller Support cases until they're resolved, not just closed
- Monitor account health, IPI, listing quality, and policy compliance, flagging risks before they turn into suspensions
Walmart & Other Channels
- Manage Walmart Marketplace: item setup, content, inventory, pricing, listing quality score, and case management with Walmart Seller Support
- Launch and maintain listings across additional channels — TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay, , Instagram and Facebook Shops
- Keep catalog data, pricing, and inventory consistent across every platform
- Help scope and launch new channels as we expand
Reporting & Analysis
- Build and deliver recurring reporting on sales, inventory, profitability, and open cases across all channels — clear, accurate, on time
- Conduct product and keyword research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and comparable tools
- Surface what's working, what isn't, and what we should do about it
What You Need
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience with both FBA and FBM
- Proven Amazon catalog experience — listings, variations, flat files, troubleshooting listing errors
- Amazon Hazmat experience (documentation, review process, compliance)
- Walmart Marketplace experience — item setup, listing quality, and case management
- Track record of opening and successfully resolving marketplace support cases
- Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, clean reporting
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or comparable research tools
- Excellent written communication and real attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple channels and priorities in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay, Instagram or Facebook Shops
- Experience with automations (Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to speed up reporting and analysis
- Familiarity with Walmart Connect, A Content, or Brand Registry
- Listing/feed management tools (Channel Advisor, Sellercloud, or similar)
