Position Summary
The Trainer/Auditor Quality Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving operational processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting team members through effective training and process documentation. This role plays a key part in conducting quality audits, identifying process improvements, and supporting ISO 9001 requirements and internal control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training on established work processes and procedures to all Operations Associates.
- Understand, maintain, and support the Quality Audit Process to ensure team members consistently follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct audits for special-exception customers and document findings as required.
- Create, review, and update Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure processes remain accurate, clear, and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and company policies.
- Learn, understand, and support Numinas.
- Support ISO 9001 requirements and related quality processes as needed.
- Identify potential process issues, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records.
- Work flexible schedules when necessary to support operational needs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as applicable internal systems.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly, accurately, and in an organized manner.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and interpret operational processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to properly handle confidential information and maintain the security of sensitive records.
