Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required with Master of Business degree preferred, or ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Specific experience in the dental market space in a sales management, marketing management or general management role
- Strong verbal and written communication, creative problem solving, excellent organizational, analytical, and follow through skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven leader with financial capabilities and appropriate industry experience
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
