Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related materials to customers, installers, and job sites
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials while preventing damage
- Verify orders and delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
- Assist with staging, loading, and organizing materials in the warehouse as needed
- Communicate delivery updates and resolve issues professionally
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Support inventory accuracy by reporting damaged or missing materials
- Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations
Qualifications
- Previous delivery driving, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Experience driving box trucks, delivery vehicles, or commercial vehicles preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move materials with assistance and proper equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and mobile device skills preferred
- Construction, flooring, cabinetry, or building material experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive a vehicle. Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials throughout the workday
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and loading/unloading products
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
