Architectural Designer

We are a rapidly growing national architecture firm seeking an Architectural Designer to join our expanding team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to accelerate their career within a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Develop space plans and project layouts
- Assist in preparation and coordination of Construction Documents (CDs)
- Conduct building code research and jurisdictional coordination
- Coordinate with consultants and engineering teams including MEP and structural
- Respond to plan review comments and jurisdiction requests
- Participate in project coordination meetings and client communication
- Review and annotate production drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Help manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and deadlines
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience within an architectural environment
- Experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects preferred
- Experience with commercial and/or new construction projects is a plus
- Strong CAD proficiency required
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, rendering, and modeling tools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset and strong work ethic
Preferred Sector Experience
Experience in any of the following sectors is highly attractive:
- Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR)
- Health & Fitness
- Health & Beauty
- Retail
- Restaurant / Food Service
Additional commercial sector experience is also welcomed.
