Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Technical Advisor opportunity at NDX Davis in Wyoming, MI.
The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Process outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Facilitate assigned technical calls
- Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate
- Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
- Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in a dental environment
- Preferred: Production experience
- Preferred: Customer Service experience
Physical Requirements:
- Perform tasks at multiple workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of time
