Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX Heumann Topeka in Topeka, KS, for a Data Entry Clerk.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Able to perform basic functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Specialist and has the ability and responsibility to enter cases (data entry) and/or invoice cases.
- Responsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Responsible for Data Entry of all Business Unit cases.
- Packing of all Business Unit cases.
- Process shipments through FedEx Shipping Manager and UPS Worldship.
- Prepare paperwork by sorting by Business Unit to prepare for scanning (as requested).
- Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillment.
- Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to ensure consistency and accurate results.
- All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Preferred: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- PC Literacy: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
