Position Summary
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at motivating staff, and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
- Manage and motivate front desk, clinical, and administrative staff to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor schedules, production, and collections to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies.
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with doctors and leadership on office growth, marketing, and efficiency strategies.
- Maintain accurate reporting on key metrics (production, collections, new patients, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental office management or equivalent experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar).
- Solid understanding of dental insurance, billing, and patient financing.
- High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays may be required)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
