Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports.
- Coordinate with overseas accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Monitor cash flow and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide financial data and insights to management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
