We are currently seeking an Customer Service Representative/Office Clerk for our Columbia, MD location.
Responsibilities:
- Become main point of contact for specific account(s)
- Answer phones
- Data entry
- Assist clients
- File documents
- Track deliveries
Requirements:
- Above average Microsoft Office computer skills and the ability to learn and become an expert on company’s proprietary software.
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Self-starter
- Can proficiently use excel/outlook
- Well organized
- Attention to detail
- Understands the importance of deadlines
- Eager to learn new things
- 2 years working in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to get to work on time.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
