Independent Contractor Driver – High Roof Cargo Van (OnTrac Routes)

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Independent Contractor Drivers who own high-roof cargo vans to complete daily delivery routes for OnTrac in the Cincinnati area. Contractors will be responsible for delivering packages to residential and business customers while maintaining punctuality, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
Arrive at the facility by 8:30 AM and depart routes by 9:30 AM
- Load, organize, and secure packages prior to departure
- Complete 140–215 delivery stops per day (residential and business)
- Follow all delivery procedures and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Cover all operating expenses, including fuel and vehicle maintenance (1099 contractor)
- Schedule
Days: Monday–Sunday (flexible; choose your availability)
- Route Duration: 6–8 hours per day
- Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit every Friday
Requirements
Vehicle Requirements
High roof cargo van (Sprinter, Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, or similar)
Driver & Documentation Requirements
Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background screening (no DUIs or violent felonies)
- Current vehicle insurance meeting minimum coverage:
- $100,000 bodily injury (per person)
- $300,000 bodily injury (per accident)
- $50,000 property damage (per accident)
- Vehicle registration
- Social Security card
- Active bank account for direct deposit
