- Production support skills, including Production Assistance and experience working on Production Lines.
- Machine Operation skills, with the ability to learn and safely run printing and related equipment.
- Quality Control skills, including visual inspection, measurement checks, and attention to detail.
- Ability to be Easily Adaptable, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle shifting priorities.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials as required, and follow all safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, or a related production environment is preferred but not required.
