POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Specialist, Corporate Partnerships Operations provides essential operational and administrative support to NCOA’s Corporate Partnerships team. This entry-level role is critical for maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and organization of the partnership pipeline, from prospecting to stewardship. The Specialist ensures that CRM data is meticulously maintained, agreement documentation is audit-ready, and internal processes run smoothly, allowing the partnerships team to focus on high-value relationship cultivation. This position is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to build a foundational career in nonprofit operations within a mission-driven environment. 

Positions at this level typically require foundational experience managing projects and deliverables. Incumbents are required to make some independent judgements within their scope of work and require some supervisory oversight. Incumbents generally have two or more years of experience in their discipline and a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent, as well as substantive experience at this level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partnership Operations & CRM Management

  • Serve as the primary maintainer of corporate partnership records in Salesforce, ensuring all account information, interactions, and pipeline stages are accurately updated in a timely manner. 
  • Execute the process for generating and distributing standard partnership reports and dashboard deliverables to track performance metrics. 
  • Support the partnership team by preparing for prospecting and implementation meetings with background research, document preparation, and scheduling. 

2. Agreement & Documentation Support

  • Assist in the management of corporate partnership agreements by tracking key dates, deadlines, and obligations in a centralized system. 
  • Maintain an organized and audit-ready digital library of active and past partnership agreements, proposals, and related documentation. 
  • Monitor agreement compliance by tracking reporting requirements and supporting the collection of necessary deliverables. 

3. Process Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Provide reliable administrative support for daily partner operations to ensure consistency and quality. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Marketing) to gather information and support the fulfillment of partnership obligations. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing operational processes under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Partnerships.
  • Other duties as assigned 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in an administrative, operational, or coordination role. Internship experience in a nonprofit, development, or partnership-focused environment is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with or demonstrated ability to quickly learn CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is essential.
