Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling,
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective lead generation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines through research, talent pooling,
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Stay informed on industry trends in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, and human resources management to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting drivers
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Excellent interviewing skills combined with effective negotiation abilities to secure top candidates.
- Proficiency in social media management for recruiting purpose
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to conduct research for talent mapping and lead generation activities across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with employee relations, employee evaluation processes, training & development programs, knowledge of Paycom a plus.
