What you'll do:
- Perform materials testing and field inspections (aggregate, asphalt, concrete, soils)
- Document results, track compliance, and keep our work aligned with DOT and project specs
- Partner with field crews and project managers to catch issues early and keep things moving
- Be the person who makes sure quality is never an afterthought
What we're looking for:
- Experience in construction QC, materials testing, or civil/highway inspection
- Relevant certifications (or the drive to earn them — we'll support you)
- A sharp eye for detail and a habit of doing things the right way
- Someone who shows up, owns their work, and likes being part of a crew that has each other's backs
