Role
National Contracting Center (NCC) seeks a dynamic and goal-driven B2B Agency Recruiting Specialist to expand our national footprint by recruiting and partnering with 1099 independent insurance agents and agencies (not call centers) and small business owners specializing in Medicare, Life, and ACA products. If you're a sales professional who thrives on building strong B2B relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and converting prospects into successful partnerships, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow with an industry leader in the Field Marketing Organization (FMO)

Identify and engage small business owners and insurance agency principals nationwide to contract th - rough NCC.Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to communicate NCC’s value pr
- oposition.Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to understand agency goals and align them with NCC’s
- services.Initiate long-term B2B partnerships with agencies, small business clients, and market in

Pay range
and compensation package
