About This Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing advanced level nursing and providing direct patient care. You will support and mentor lower-level nursing staff while delivering critical hands-on care and directly impacting patient outcomes and staff performance in our facility.
Key Responsibilities: (These responsibilities are a representative sample; position assignments may vary.)
Deliver patient care, including medication administration, treatment implementation, vital sign monitoring, physical therapy assistance, and execution of medical procedures.
Conduct comprehensive mental and physical patient assessments through interviews and diagnostic tools.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including healthcare plans, treatments, and case histories; ensure compliance with all protocols and reporting requirements.
Educate patients and others on diagnoses, treatment options, medication management, and counseling.
Provide prompt emergency interventions related to patient health needs.
Perform additional duties as necessary to support the healthcare team and facility operations.

High school diploma or G.E.D. plus a degree or diploma from a state approved professional nursing program and 1 year of related experience.
Hiring Range
$85,282.25 - $100,332.05 Annually

Probationary employees that voluntarily terminate employment with the County, shall repay the net amount (minus state and federal taxes) of the first bonus installment via a deduction from their annual leave payout and/or remit payment of any remaining balance within thirty (30) days following separation of employment from the County
