What are the responsibilities and job description for the Armed Security Officer position at National Cinema Security?
National Cinema Security is recruiting for professional Armed Security Officers. We are the premier Armed Security Officer provider for most of the large movie chains in the United States. We are recruiting for the Olympia and Lakewood areas. All of our work is part time, Fridays and Saturdays. Our shifts start at 1800 and we work until the close of business which is typically between 0100-0200. These positions are ON CALL to start.
Please do not apply if you have applied in the past 12 months and not completed our process or back out of the process during on boarding, cannot work the shifts and location as advertised OR do not meet the listed requirements exactly as they appear.
1. Candidate must have active Unarmed OR Armed security license thru the state of Washington AND must be able to obtain an armed security license with National Cinema Security.
2. Candidate must have their own firearm and it must be registered to the candidate.
3. Candidate must have duty gear (standard 2 1/4 inch belt, keepers, magazine holder, flashlight, black boots and pants).
4. Candidate must be able to work at least part of the weekend and some holidays. Most of our work is Fridays and Saturdays but we do provide movie premier coverage on Thursdays if requested by our clients.
5. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player. We work closely with theater managers on a daily basis.
6. Candidate must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time(8 hour shift).
