What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relationship Manager position at National Christian Foundation?
Do you want to be a part of creating a culture of generosity in the Midatlantic and worldwide?
The United States is in the middle of an unprecedented wealth transfer - an estimated $124 trillion will be passed from one generation to the next through 2045. National Christian Foundation (NCF) is a leader in the Christian giving space - helping families develop wise giving strategies for current and future giving. NCF is strategically positioned to guide Christian families, who have been entrusted with much, to make a lasting Kingdom impact as they plan for the stewardship of their wealth.
Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, National Christian Foundation (NCF) is a 501(c)3 charitable grantmaking ministry that provides creative giving solutions and inspires biblical generosity among Christian families, advisors, and charities. NCF has made over $21 billion in giver-recommended grants to more than 90,000 charities. NCF is an industry leader in accepting gifts of appreciated assets such as stocks, real estate, and business interests, which enable givers to save taxes and maximize charitable gifts. We combine a faith-based approach and like-minded local presence with the support and expertise of a trusted national organization. Learn more at www.ncfgiving.com.
NCF opened an office in Lancaster in 2022 to walk with the roughly 300 families that wanted to make the most of all that had been entrusted to them. We knew Lancaster and Central PA was an unusually generous community. And we looked to grow from Lancaster to serve families across the MidAtlantic.
As we start 2025, we are serving 740 families that have given almost $69 million to 1,300 charities. Sixty of these families are actively considering gifts of appreciated assets. There are an increasing number of advisors asking NCF for help promoting generosity and non-cash gifts. We have a vibrant and growing community of people committed to facilitating Journeys of Generosity. This growth is already overflowing into Philadelphia, Delaware and Maryland.
National Christian Foundation seeks to hire a Relationship Manager for its NCF Lancaster office.
We are investing in continuing the growth the Central PA as we fulfill our mission to mobilize resources by inspiring biblical generosity. We are seeking a talented and experienced individual with a strong background in outside sales, relationship management, business development, marketing/channel development, financial planning, law or accounting who will join us in accomplishing this great task, primarily in service to the Lancaster, Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg, York and Reading communities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advancing the Kingdom and a calling to NCF’s role of walking with families and building communities that help people make the most of all that’s been entrusted to them.
