NCF is experiencing another exciting year of growth as we fulfill our mission to serve, encourage and convene our givers, to grow as faithful stewards who give wisely. We are seeking a proactive, relational, and talented individual with a strong commitment to excellence. The Director of Giver Services primarily serves the National Relationship Manager by coordinating new givers as they begin their journey and anticipating the needs of current Givers. In addition, the Director will collaborate with national teams to manage the sales operation process, track strategic goals/activity, and key reporting, in order to measure progress in building a culture of generosity.

This position will be actively engaged in giver support, proactive giver engagement including onboarding new givers, complex gift administration, marketing, and communication. Team member will support the National Relationship Manager through administrative support and coordination in several varied capacities detailed below.
The successful candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities through personal implementation or by working with other national staff.
Position is based out of NCF’s office in Alpharetta, GA and may be hybrid.

Duties and Responsibilities
Proactive Giver Engagement (50%)
- Engage new and existing givers to welcome them and build relationships, increase awareness, and engage and connect them into the larger community of NCF and ministry/advisory partners, and explore new ways to serve, support, and engage.
- Oversee the day-to-day processing of numerous and diverse transactions (both gift and grant), process crucial forms, help to resolve customer service issues, and make giver profile updates.
- Problem solve client impacting issues such as rejected transactions, confusing financial statement, and special requests.
- Handle various reactive administrative duties associated with primary givers.
- Maintain CRM records on behalf of the National Relationship Manager through data entry and database updating.
- Provide concierge service to the high capacity givers (HCGs) and support for the National Relationship Manager in their HCG engagement effort.
Administrative and Operational Sales Support (40%)
- Lead weekly team meetings, executive support, email, and office management.
- Manage and organize the prospect pipeline, implementation and oversight of policies and procedures, organize systems and processes, support sales management process, communication and reporting.
- Coordinate National Relationship Manager’s schedule, calendar, and assist with presentation preparation.
- Coordinate outreach events, generosity/advisory council meetings, and other meetings as needed.
Complex Gift Administration/Support (5%)
- Asset management of complex gifts, ongoing follow-up with givers, and overall administration of the complex gift pipeline.
Marketing and Communication (5%)
- Develop and implement marketing and communication initiatives utilizing marketing cloud, e-mail, mail, and phone.

Education
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, experience in lieu of a degree may be acceptable.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, marketing/communications, inside sales, or customer service experience is required.
- Experience with High-Net-Worth Individuals - Knows how to appropriately serve, interact, and communicate with high-net-worth givers.
- Previous charitable giving, non-profit, or ministry experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge Base
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
- Proven aptitude for "real-time" problem diagnosis and solving.
- Some working knowledge of foundation and/or donor-related subject matters preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, ShareFile, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Calendly and event planning/market software preferred.
- Some marketing and social media experience a plus (working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Eventbrite, and WordPress).
- Able to perform duties independently.
