Required skills:
- At least 1-year previous MIG welding experience preferably in a job shop/production role.
- Ability to read tape measure, calipers and micrometer.
- Ability to read blueprints to weld products to specifications without a fixture.
- Can work 1st shift and overtime.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
This role requires the ability to:
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
- Stand for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks.
- Stoop, twist, bend and work overhead.
- Demonstrate manual dexterity.
- Tolerate extremes in temperature.
- Perform visual inspections.
