The Role
We are currently seeking a Job Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. You'll manage crews, oversee installations, and keep projects on schedule with high-quality results.
What You'll Do
- Ensure job sites are ready for installation by performing and documenting Pre-Checks.
- Monitor daily installation to ensure crews are upholding company standards.
- Work closely with Installers to guide and verify installation quality.
- Track job site progress and maintain accurate reports and photos using Company Cam.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project goals, timelines, and client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience in the flooring industry required.
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license required.
