Certified Nursing Assistant

Full-Time CNA Needed - Private Home Care

$30/hour | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA to provide one-on-one care for a 35-year-old male in his home. This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule.

The ideal candidate has experience caring for individuals with significant physical disabilities and is comfortable providing total assistance with mobility, personal care, transfers, and incontinence care. The client is bed- and wheelchair-bound, has limited mobility, is verbal, speaks English, and has mild cognitive impairment affecting short-term memory.

Qualifications:

CNA with previous home care or long-term care experience preferred

English speaking

• Physically able to safely reposition, transfer, bathe, and provide personal care for a larger adult (6'3", 200 lbs.)
• Experience using a Hoyer lift preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  
  
  

Comfortable assisting with medication, meals, light housekeeping related to the client's care, and accompanying the client to medical appointments as needed

• Patient, dependable, observant, and able to communicate changes in condition to family members
