Initial Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service to clients
· Maintain continuous communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
· Schedule appointments and manage receipt of equipment from multiple customers
· Utilize in-house designed software to track client data and equipment
· Effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong task organization and time-management skills
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Knowledge of tools is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours
· Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
Must Have:
· Clean driving record for the past 3 years
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
