Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI, and tables to identify trends in customer inquiries and troubleshoot recurring problems.
- Collect and analyze data related to customer interactions, product performance, and service metrics to improve support processes.
- Conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis to better understand client needs and enhance service strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and product management to resolve customer concerns related to inventory control, pricing, or supply chain issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Assist in demand planning and revenue management by providing insights derived from data analytics and predictive modeling techniques such as regression analysis.
- Participate in training sessions on new products or services to stay current on industry trends and technical updates.
Qualifications
- Must be able to Multitask and Prioritize
- Proven experience with data analytics tools including Power BI, and Excel for data collection, visualization, and reporting purposes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles such as cost accounting standards and financial analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies like customer segmentation and market research methodologies.
- Familiarity with demand planning, revenue management, pricing strategies, and supply chain analytics.
- Experience in logistics operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to analyze large datasets for insights using data mining techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate contracts or resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Power BI dashboards, and other data visualization tools is essential.
