What You’ll Be Doing

· Identify, research, and source parts for buses, diesel engines, heavy-duty trucks, and related equipment.

· Supply service technicians with the correct parts quickly and accurately.

· Assist retail, wholesale, and fleet customers with inquiries, pricing, and purchases.

· Use electronic catalogs, diagrams, and inventory systems to identify components.

· Research non-stock and hard-to-find parts and coordinate with vendors.

· Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty-related parts transactions accurately.

· Receive, stock, and track inventory while maintaining accurate records.

· Build relationships with vendors, customers, and service personnel.

· Identify opportunities to improve availability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

· Take ownership of requests and follow through to completion.

What We’re Looking For

· Parts counter experience in a heavy-duty truck, diesel, automotive dealership, fleet, or equipment environment.

· Working knowledge of mechanical components, diesel systems, and parts identification.

· Experience with electronic catalogs, inventory systems, and vendor resources.

· Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive problem-solving, reliability, initiative, and personal accountability.

· Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform typical parts department duties.

Heavy-duty truck, bus, diesel, or commercial fleet parts experience is especially valuable.
