We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy, drive business growth, and elevate our market presence across digital and traditional channels.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand management and digital campaigns to lead generation and customer engagement. This role requires a creative, data-driven leader who can turn strategy into results and inspire a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage brand positioning, advertising, and public relations to strengthen brand recognition.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, digital adversting, email campaigns, and social media campaigns.
- Create content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Leadership to align marketing with company objectives.
- Develop and track marketing performance metrics (including KPIs) and adjust strategies for maximum Return on Investment.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and creative resources.
- Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies, especially how generative AI tools will impact digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 8 years of proven leadership experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Familiarity and experience with website design and tools is preferred
