What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boat Finisher/Laminator position at National Boat Service?
*MUST be Bilingual, fluent in Spanish & English*
Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Laminate structural fiberglass
- Helps maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Apply compounds and chemicals to surfaces.
- Shaping and fiberglass lamination work.
- Grinds, sands, cleans, and polishes to correct defects and prepare surfaces for cleaning.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Minimum 1-2 years in lamination and finishing marine fiberglass
- Knowledge of exterior fiberglass boat finishing
- Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Knowledge of hand, and hand-held power tools
- Must be willing to learn and be coached

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
