About the Role
We're looking for a creative, TikTok-savvy Social Media Specialist to help bring the LaCroix voice to life across short-form video. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok trends, has a strong sense of visual storytelling, and is excited to build fun, engaging, and brand-right content that makes people stop scrolling.
You’ll work closely with the digital team to ideate, film, edit, and publish TikTok content that aligns with our larger campaigns and always-on strategy. We’re looking for someone who can be scrappy, collaborative, and take initiative—someone who gets what makes a TikTok perform well and knows how to make it happen.
What You’ll Do
1. Pitch, produce, shoot, and edit original TikTok videos for @LaCroixWater
2. Stay on top of TikTok trends and recommend timely ideas that align with the brand
3. Help manage the TikTok content calendar and schedule posts
4. Jump into the comments and engage with the community in a way that’s fun and on-brand
5. Collaborate with the larger social and influencer teams to amplify brand moments
6. Track performance and optimize based on what’s working
7. Assist with light editing for repurposing TikTok content across Instagram Reels
Who You Are
1. You’re on TikTok (a lot), and understand what works and why
2. Comfortable being on camera and/or directing others behind the lens
3. Strong video editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush
4. A great sense of timing, humor, and visual storytelling
5. Organized and can juggle multiple ideas or deadlines at once
6. A team player who brings positive energy and fresh ideas
7. 0–2 years experience in a social or content-related role (internships count!)
Bonus Points If You:
1. Have experience working with lifestyle or CPG brands
2. Have a creative portfolio or TikTok account that shows your work
3. Have experience with influencer/creator partnerships or UGC
