Responsibilities
Senior Payroll Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Payroll tax reporting and reconciliation
GL – payroll liability accounts reconciliation
Other duties as assigned.
This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for the Senior Payroll Administrator position should possess the following:
In-house tax reporting experience required
Need to be familiar with Federal, State, and Local tax laws/regulations governing employee payroll requirements
Advocate adherence to Payroll Tax policies
Attention to detail
Strong customer orientation
Problem analysis and problem resolution
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (accounting, finance, or business field of study) and/or Payroll certification (CPP/FPC) preferred
Strong team building, interpersonal relationship skills, and ability to multi-task and contribute to a team-oriented, supportive working environment
Must have strong technical skills and proficient Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
High integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
Minimal travel required
