Accounting Clerk 3rd Shift

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Compiling and reporting production reports on a daily basis

• Completing the invoicing of all finished goods on a daily basis

• Assisting with Accounts Payable when needed.

• Reacting to change and handling other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor, which may include assignments in other areas

• Other duties as assigned or needed.

This is an on-site position.  

Qualified candidates for the Accounting Clerk position should possess the following:

• Must have intermediate to advanced math and computer skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, College degree is preferred

• Excellent office and math skills

• Computer proficient with strong Microsoft Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation skills; At least 1 year of Excel experience

• BPCS (AS400) and HMS

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are essential

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload

• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work under pressure

• Professional attitude and conduct with the ability to work well with others

• Self-motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid reasoning and problem-solving abilities

• Strong work ethic

• Reliable attendance
