National Bank of Commerce is seeking individuals for an approximately 60-day document scanning and indexing project. The temporary positions are in Bagley, Baxter, Bemidji, Benson, Big Lake, Crosslake, Monticello, and Morris. This temporary role is essential for maintaining our efficient and reliable document management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning Paper Documents: Operate scanning equipment to convert paper documents into electronic files.
- Index Electronic Files: Accurately index and categorize scanned documents using our document management system.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned documents and indexed files.
- File Management: Organize and maintain electronic files for easy retrieval.
- Data Entry: Input relevant data and metadata into the document management system.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and security.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in document scanning, indexing, or data entry is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
The pay for this temporary position is $17.00 per hour.
