The Teller provides exceptional front-line service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently managing a cash drawer, processing a variety of financial transactions, and maintaining strict confidentiality. The Teller also identifies opportunities where customers may benefit from additional NBC products or services and refers them to the appropriate department. This role requires consistent adherence to all bank policies and procedures, as well as compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Compensation and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months of customer service and/or cash-handling experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, solid math abilities, and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solver who can recognize when action is needed.
- Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing processes and workflows.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation required.
