Join our team as a Financial Aid Specialist and help students achieve their educational goals! This position focuses on front-end support, guiding students through the financial aid process with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students and parents with financial aid eligibility and documentation.
- Schedule and conduct initial financial aid appointments.
- Ensure timely completion of student files and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Financial Aid experience.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CampusVue experience a plus.
